Community Ash Wednesday Service
Join others from our Shenandoah community for an Ash Wednesday service at Sixth Street Christian Church (146 N. 6th St. Middletown) on Wednesday, March 1 from 6:00-6:30PM.
Spring Renewal Services
All are encouraged to join special renewal services beginning next Sunday, March 5th through Wednesday, March 8th with special guests Hal and Debbi Perkins, authors of Discipled by Jesus. Meals will be offered from 5:00-6:15PM each night. Sign-ups for food donations are still available in the foyer.
Men's Prayer Breakfast
All men are invited for special time of fellowship and prayer THIS Saturday, March 4, at 8:00AM in the fireplace room. Come enjoy Charlie's BIG BREAKFAST and help us reach our goal of more than 21 men! Bring a friend!
Grades 1-6 Sunday Morning Schedule
Beginning this morning, all children in grades 1-6 will join their families for worship in the main sanctuary at 10:15AM before being dismissed for Children's Church during the pastor's message in the Kids' Chapel located behind the gymnasium. Beginning next Sunday, March 5, all children in grades 1-6 will join their families in the main sanctuary for the entire worship service on the first Sunday of the month for Family Worship.
Daily Bible Reading Guide
We are glad to offer a Bible reading plan for daily time in the Word of God. The guide for March 2017 is now available in the info kiosk located between the main entrance and fireplace room.
Young at Heart
All adults 55 years and older are invited to join our Young at Heart Group's trip to Iron Kettle restaurant in Sulphur Springs next Monday, March 6. Meet at the church at noon and bring a friend! Also,

Early Childhood Ministry Opportunities!

Helping without Hurting— Trip to Indy
This coming Tuesday, February 28, the "Helping without Hurting" class will be visiting Shepherd Community Center in Indianapolis to learn more about ministering effectively to the poor and needy of our community. Jay Height, pastor and executive director of Shepherd, as well as coordinator of Nazarene Compassionate Ministries in USA/Canada, will be teaching and sharing with us principles for compassionate ministry. This trip is open to any others in our church who would like to participate in this trip. We will leave at 6PM and return at approximately 10PM.
