Middletown Church of the Nazarene believes that our youth are not only the church of tomorrow, but that they are the church of today! MSM provides meaningful programs and opportunities for age-appropriate fun and learning, Christ-centered relationships, and spiritual development for infants through elementary students.

This year Bible quizzing will be over the books of Galatians, Ephesians, Colossians, Philippines, and Philemon. The purpose of Bible quizzing is 2 fold. Firstly, we hope to inspire Nazarene students to grow a love of scripture. The second aspect is to encourage fellowship among students, so that they may sharpen one another. Practices will be Sundays 9AM-10AM at Middletown Church of the Nazarene. The church will provide the quizzing materials. We study about one chapter a week and quiz once a month on the district. Quizzing is very flexible. Pastor Kirsten will need to know the Sunday prior to the quiz if the student will be attending and eating lunch. Parents are welcome to attend quizzes to watch their students compete. District- This means we will quiz with students in other Nazarene youth groups from around Northeast Indiana District. Quizzes are 8:45AM-3PMISH. Kick off is 8:45AM-12PM Parents will need to be flexible about leaving times as we might end early or depending on the length of the drive might need to stop for food on the way back. Invitationals- These are field level quizzes meaning we will compete against students from all around the Olivet field region, which includes Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Invitationals are just extra quizzing and very optional as most students only compete on the district level. District quizzes cost $5 for lunch. Invitationals will vary and may include quiz fee, motel/hotel costs, and food.
